evidence → decisions → impact
I help leaders use evidence
to make better decisions and create meaningful impact. My work brings together research, data storytelling and practical decision-making. I help people ask better questions, make sense of what the evidence is telling them, decide what to do next and learn from what happens afterwards.
I do this through keynotes and workshops with corporate, government and not-for-profit organisations. I also continue to support school leaders and schools through my Data Champions (schools) program.
You're already collecting data. The tricky part is knowing how to understand it, make great decisions, and be able to discuss impact.
I help organisations become data-informed, not data-driven. Through strategic guidance and practical skill-building, I equip teams to have confident conversations about data - so decisions are grounded in evidence without losing sight of people and context.
My approach starts with people, not spreadsheets. Not everyone identifies as a "numbers person"… and they don't need to. I make data accessible, build cultures where data guides rather than dictates, and help you turn insights into meaningful impact.
Knowing your impact changes everything. I help teams map their work across four dimensions of impact - intention, implication, interval and intensity - tracking not just what you did, but the ripple effects created over time. When you can spot trends, understand unintended consequences, and connect your actions to real outcomes, that's when true change happens. That's the impact story worth telling.
