Data Review: understand where you stand and what to do next

A structured data review, that gives you a clear picture of your current data practice - and a practical roadmap for improving it.

Before you can strengthen  your data practices, you need to understand where you currently stand. That’s exactly what this process is designed to do.

I take a look at how data is collected, used, shared, and understood across your organisation - focusing not just on your systems and processes, but on how people interact with data every day. Because even the best tools won’t create impact if teams have the  data literacy, data visualisation, and data storytelling skills to use them well.

From there, I identify what’s working, where the gaps are, , and where the biggest opportunities for improvement lie. You’ll receive a clear, tailored action plan - not a generic report, but a practical set of priorities specific to your organisation’s context and goals. This includes an implementation roadmap, along with a curated set of templates, tools, and recommended resources to support your team as you move forward.

What makes this data review different is that it doesn’t stop at identifying problems. It’s designed to make change achievable - cutting through the noise to focus on the actions that will have the most meaningful impact on how your organisation thinks and works with data.

Every organisation's journey is different, and  the work we do together will be shaped by your context, your challenges, and your goals.  I’m currently booking for April, July & October 2026. Get in touch with my practice manager, Shona, to discuss your timeline.
